Persistent Safety Issues: Despite advancements, workplace fatalities continue, often in similar ways to those seen 50 years ago.

Meet Damien

Damien, the Director of SafetyBlueprint, began his career as an Infantry Officer in the Army. His experiences with serious injuries during training and overseas operations fuelled his commitment to improving health and safety outcomes. With over 20 years of experience in safety management across various sectors—including rail, ports, emergency services, utilities, and manufacturing—Damien has gained valuable insights into what works in safety programs. His expertise ensures that safety initiatives are both effective and aligned with commercial objectives.
